A little paper. A lot of possibility.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This notice explains how Suzfy, the operator of suzfy.com, handles information when you use this website. Send questions or privacy requests through our contact form and select Privacy request.

Browsing and hosting

Our hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Logs can include IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser details, referrers, and response codes. This information supports security, troubleshooting, and service operation. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process it on our behalf.

The website includes a Google AdSense publisher script. It does not currently include separate third-party analytics, embedded video, remote web fonts, public comments, or newsletter tracking. You do not need an account to read guides, use calculators, or download printables.

Calculator and printable use

Our paper and ribbon calculators process dimensions in your browser. Their controls do not send the entered dimensions to Suzfy’s server, create an account, or save a project history. Ordinary page and file requests still create the hosting information described above. The calculators do not use local storage or a separate analytics service.

Downloading a printable or opening a print view requests that file or page from our server. The print button uses your browser’s printing feature; printer and operating-system services are controlled by your own settings. No email signup is required.

Contact messages

The form collects your name, email, chosen topic, message, and acknowledgement of this notice. Messages and their submission date are stored in a private WordPress inbox accessible to authorized site administrators. We use the information to assess enquiries, corrections, and privacy requests. Messages are not public and are not automatically emailed to an advertising provider.

A security token and a hidden field help reduce automated submissions. A temporary rate-limit record contains a keyed hash derived from the connecting IP address and a submission count. It expires within one hour after the latest accepted submission. The contact record itself does not contain the IP address, although infrastructure logs may still record it.

Retention

Contact records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. WordPress scheduled tasks depend on site activity, so deletion can happen when the task next runs after that point. We may remove records sooner when no longer needed. Server logs follow the hosting platform’s rotation settings. Backup copies can remain after a live record is removed until those backups are replaced or deleted.

Cookies and advertising

Google and advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, personalize advertising based on visits to this and other services. Our contact form does not require an advertising cookie.

Read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services for Google’s explanation. You can review advertising preferences in Google My Ad Center. A privacy notice is not itself a consent mechanism; advertising consent settings, where required, are handled separately through the publisher’s consent platform.

WordPress uses authentication and related functional cookies for administrator sign-in, and the login page may set a test cookie. Browser settings can limit cookies, although blocking functional cookies can prevent administrative access. The calculators do not set their own cookies.

Service providers and disclosure

Hosting providers process information required to run the site. If the operator replies by email, the relevant email service will process the correspondence. We do not sell contact messages or supply them to advertisers. Information may be disclosed where needed to comply with a legal obligation, protect the service, or address misuse.

Choices and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Use the contact form to make a request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify it. Withdrawing permission for a future reply does not undo processing already completed.

Do not include sensitive personal information in an ordinary enquiry. We do not intentionally solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Other websites and changes

External websites have their own privacy practices. We may update this notice when features or information handling change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
